AVG Technologies announced the results of research that found that most websites with criminal content is hosted or server-centered in the United States of servers, not other countries like China. This finding is far from the estimates so far.

AVG research is based on an analysis of threats reported in the last six month period from 110 million users of security products AVG LinkScanner web around the world. This study indicates an increase in the number of web sites that make the crime as a target user, who typically focus on identity theft, credit card information, personal identity, and social site passwords.

Detection and analysis of threats based on crowd-sourced method of AVG to analyze unique web content for malicious or harmful intent has been reported from the extensive network of AVG LinkScanner installations around the world. AVG research found that malicious code is not only the problem of evil servers located in countries with weak law enforcement. Monitoring of active web server that contains threats from around the world found that 44 percent of servers that have been corrupted in the United States, followed by Germany and China to the difference of five percent in each country.

Many of these sites are actually business sites that have infiltrated the hackers to load malicious content. This server is found in almost 4600 locations in the United States. Please note that this study does not mention the owner or controlling crime these servers. The people or the network could be anywhere in the world.

“This really makes sense because the United States is the main target of these criminals and has a rich internet infrastructure and developing. This means that the threats were really easily accessible and cheaper for the host,” said Karel Obluk, Chief Technology Officer, AVG Technologies in a press release received Kompas.com, Thursday (11/3/2010).

Obluk continued, “The more important thing to remember is, in the last six month period, approximately 50 percent of domains hosted on these servers contain only content that can be threatening for about a day or even less than that. Nature a constant threat this move makes them difficult to find and added to the system of traditional reputation-based protection at the right time. ” (http://priyoy.byethost18.com/)

Winds using the latest technologies currently using Ka-band (the system working at high frequencies) which has a shorter wavelength. With this specification, Winds able to provide high-speed Internet connection to reach the maximum 155 Mbps to 6 Mbps for receiving and for sending a receiving antenna measures 45 cm (equal to the size now), but far exceeding the speed that can be achieved today.

Even for the 5-meter antenna size, speed can be achieved is 1.2 Gbps. In addition to high speed, coverage (coverage) satellite is also penetrated areas not reached by cable network (terrestrial). When compared with the existing internet speed, speed access via a very high winds due to private consumption in Indonesia is currently only 384 Kbps and range from 2 Mbps only.

With that much speed, it also enables satellite screenings in movie theaters like or for the development of simulation research that require high computing in fields like medical, machinery, chemicals, education, health, handling of the disaster area, and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).

“Currently, winds are still in the testing phase of work on the Ka-band and it is the first experiment in the world,” he said. Therefore, he said, ITS fortunate to be given the opportunity to test. The opportunity was not independent of the cooperation research program in the JICA scheme Predict-ITS.

In addition to testing technique involving technical aspects of data transmission via satellite, also conducted tests TV conferencing applications and applications PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). “Currently, we have the opportunity to try the Winds by using fixed earth stations (static) is placed in the ITB. Station is not located in the ITS for MBA-type coverage Winds (Multi Beam Antennas) has not reached the area of eastern Java, but the team plans Winds ITS Winds tested using a mobile earth station (mobile) with the type of APAA (Active Phase Array Antenna), “he said. Are You Looking For Free Webhosting?

Free webhosting may not be the best way to start, but go ahead if your business does not have the potential to spend a huge amount, right now. Web hosting which is cheap could cause a number of problems like less visibility and the website not getting indexed with the search engines. Be very careful about your hosting provider not being blacklisted with the search engines. If the provider has been blacklisted, then your website would never be found.

The best way to not face the above problem is to do a lot of research before registering with a web hosting service. You will come across some good service providers if you search on Yahoo or Google. The contact details would be available on their web pages. You can begin with emailing them with all your queries. You can easily get a cheap webhosting service if you pay for the whole year’s subscription before signing up. Another option would be to pay on a month to month basis.

Check Before You Get Into Free Webhosting

• See what the host is offering you in comparison to other hosts. Compare their plans side by side. If you find that they are any good then jump at the offer.

• If you are paying as little as $0 to $5 a month then probably your host is no good. Also expect almost zero support from them. But not all of them

• Understand that nothing is unlimited and especially not the bandwidth. The plans which the host might call ‘unlimited’ would just cause you a lot of frustration.

• Always check the rating scores and the comments to know how others have rated the host you are about to choose. Try and pick a plan low on price but high on rating.

• Get yourself a hosting assured status if you can. It would give you the peace of mind as they are bound to abide by a code of ethics. They would also help you in case of any problems.

A free webhosting service would probably have you on the same server with at least 500 more websites. Besides lower reliability, also expect a lower level of support. If you are looking for a reliable and a supportive service provider then consider revising you budget plans. These would come for a price but would be much more effective.

If you are considering a complex site and need e-commerce hosting, then most likely you would find many hosting providers to suit your needs. Just be sure to get a slower and less efficient service. You would be probably sharing one server with multiple customers because of the low budget plan you have chosen. So it would be very natural for you to get a less supportive hosting provider.

It is best to shop around for a while before taking any decision. Select a free webhosting service which offers you maximum features at minimum cost. http://priyoy.byethost18.com

Web hosting is an online hosting service through which you can run your own website. You can also approach a web host who can provide you space on their servers to run your site.front_rack_server.jpg

Three Things To Know If You Want To Own A Site

  1. In a website, a web page means the pages on the site. For example index HTML.
  2. You need to register a domain name. If you are not able to get a domain name then you should place the name in an already existing domain.
  3. You should place your website in a server. This means the site should be placed on a computer, which is accessible for other computers. This provides easy access to the site.

Web hosting Companies And Packages

Web hosting companies have servers that can host many sites on the same computer. These companies sell their server space to different websites. This means the sites can use the server resources like mail server depending the web hosting package.

Web hosting packages are of different types. As a user and a consumer you should look at all the packages, and buy the one which suits your requirement. A few of the services that should be included in a web-hosting package are given below.

Getting Value Out Of Your Blog

Posted by Priyo
February 8, 2010

When you have put in sufficient effort and valuable information into your blog, you have completed one essential step in the process of getting value out of your blog. It may sound like a lot of work, but then a stream of cash flow cannot be generated unless you are giving solid value in return.

Let’s say you have put in great research to build your site. There is genuine value on it and you are sure that people will pay to access it. Why not spawn off a site where readers pay to get access? You can keep your cutting edge there and move it to your blog after a couple of weeks or so. Of course, I need not tell you about having to put stuff of real value there. blogblogging.jpg

Get Into E-Books

You can even package your content and sell it online as an e-book or CD etc. After all the people out there are interested in great information, and if you are able to package it for them in one neat and well designed e-book or a printed book, there will be a number of takers. However, this will take a good bit of effort and you will need to ensure a very professional final product.

Tap The Power Of Consulting

Have you thought about positioning yourself as a consultant based on the strength of your blog? It is quite possible that you demonstrate great expertise in your chosen area and people are keen to tap into your knowledge. Obviously, if this is the income stream you have chosen, you might like to give indications that you are interested in taking on this kind of a role. You will need to think out your contract form and build a mechanism to take on tasks and accept payments. Remember also, that consulting will place greater demands on your time. Be sure that you have the time available before you take on these tasks. This is because in all probability, your clients will leave behind comments on your page and it is these comments which will get you more business.

You may find it hard to believe, but people still give donations. You will need to come across as a person who is supporting a cause that people will want to donate to. Be careful that you do not come out as a greedy person who wouldn’t stop at anything to make an extra buck!

Look For Old Customers

As is evident from the last few paragraphs, there is more than one way to make money from your blog. However, never lose sight of the fact that it is value that people pay for. Only if you offer your readers genuinely useful information will they pay for it. You can judge the value of your stuff by the repeat business you generate. If old customers return then you are doing OK, otherwise – you need to change your methods!

anthrocart-desk.jpgIf you spend most of your working day in front of a computer, then creating an ergonomic workspace is essential if you want to ensure that you complete your tasks as quickly and efficiently as possible. Also, with an ergonomic friendly computer workspace area, you are far less likely to suffer from RSI. So, the following are 5 ergonomic tips for your computer workspace area:

Monitor

Try to always make sure that you line of sight to the computer monitor is at 45 degrees. Do not station your computer monitor so that you are always looking up as if you were in the first row of a cinema!

Hard drive

Place your hard drive either under your desk or under your computer monitor. Where possible, try not to place your monitor on your table separate from your monitor as this will likely result in you having a cluttered desk-top.

Paper

If you need to make reference to paper or need paper to write comments on, then make sure you have a ready source of paper close to your computer keyboard. Also, if you are touch-typing your bosses handwritten notes, make sure that you have a document reviewer that you can put next to you monitor so that it makes it easier to read than if you put the notes flat on the desk-top and try to read them from there.

Chair

Keep in mind that if you sit in a chair for hours on end then this could very well have a large impact on any back problems that you may have. Make sure you position the chair correctly to your height so that you can work at your work station safe in the knowledge that your chair’s positioning is not going to harm your health.

Plants

It is always nice to see plants at a person’s workspace at it shows they have an interest beyond working all day! Although you may not automatically associate having plants near your workspace equates to an ergonomic working environment, in fact the peace they provide you with usually work wonders!

Do you have a good Blog, with high PR? Do you want to instantly and hassle free sell Links from your site? Then search no more, there’s an ad network focusing on Links Trading called TNX, Unlike other Links network, this company offers fully automated process of putting link and charging the advertisers.

I’ve tried many networks like linkworth and whylinks or even backlinks, but nothing compares to TNX in matters of ease of use and automated (some other network even asked for your money before you can make money by asking you if you want to be put in so called “featured publishers” – what a rip-off!!).

Still not convinced? TNX have actually paid me, with paypal, and TNX Corporation has completed the PayPal Verification process to help confirm their identity, and they have a confirmed bank account, or been approved for a PayPal Plus Credit Card.

So if you are a blogger, and still have not joined any Links ad network, why don’t you try this one? It’s free to join and really gives you money, not ripping you off.

Oh, and for you who wants to skyrocketing your sites in google rank, try to purchase some “one-way backlinks” from TNX, Its great value for money too. Happy linking.

COIL Method Explained

Posted by Priyo
February 1, 2010

We all know that in the last few years these web 2.0 pages have ben storming into google index. Now we can harness the power of these web 2.0 properties into our own advantage, by using the COIL method. COIL is a Circle of Internet Links, made solely by using the web 2.0 properties. Unlike directories, web2.0 links offers far more weigh in SERP ranking, and it also offers deep links to one’s main website (if one chose to use it).

So I’m gonna put this theorems into diagrams so one can understand this more easily.

Step one: Basic COIL

A basic COIL consists a set of 6 web 2.0 webpages. In this case they are blogger-dotcom, our beloved squidoo, blogsome, wordpress-dotcom, weebly, and finally vox. (One may use other web 2.0 pages, there are tons out there)

In each of those sites we should create a page with links pointing to 2 pages, one is the neighbouring web 2.0 page and the other is pointing to your website (could be the main page or its post). If we did this correctly the link should be fully circling your website. This in return will increase the chance of your backlink to be read by search engine robot and Never ever put any link from your main website pointing to your COIL, we don’t want reciprocal link, we want a heavyweight backlink.
